Please note that in the case of a return or refund, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. This means that the customer will need to bear the expenses related to shipping the item back to us or our designated agent's address.
We don't offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your package goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it.
Once a customer's request for a return or refund has been approved, the next step involves couriering the faulty or defective product to our designated agent's address. The specific address will be provided to the customer via email once the return request has been approved.
